Taken from the original Silk Painting, by Heather Macleod, this quality Giclee print shows the Brodick Beach huts.
These iconic changing huts are sadly no longer there, but many locals remember them well. There are so many wonderful stories surrounding them. Many a teenager used them for rendezvous, if only their walls could talk! Mostly they were welcomed by families as a wonderful way to enjoy this beautiful island beach. They were removed at the end of the summer seasons, with help from locals. Children would be be there to collect up the fallen change under them,
Personally, I would love to see the return of the beach huts.
Prints, including conservation mount are 36 sq. cm, foil wrapped and ready for framing.
